Fairly clean hotel, amiable staff, favourable and marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Location short walk to the bus station. For shots visit Panteon Taurino, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

The hotel provides ample blankets for chilly nights.
I faced issues with the lack of air conditioning in the room. The shower took an eternity to heat up, and during the day, the water was merely lukewarm, unacceptable for a hotel stay. The absence of a shower head upon arrival was a major inconvenience.

The hotel's cute vibe, especially with the kids in tow. We had a blast visiting Explora Science Center, educational and fun for our three children. The clean atmosphere and easy access to attractions were a big plus.
In my wife's opinion, the hard beds made it tough to get a good night's sleep. A softer option would be a welcome improvement for families with children.

I had a pleasant two-night stay. the King Double Room was clean and quiet, making for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a simple yet tasty treat! However, I was disappointed that the photos online didn't quite match the room's decor, which felt a bit outdated for my taste. I’d consider returning.

The location proved ideal for accessing local markets, particularly for leather goods. Staff members showcased really good attention, highlighted by the valet who was genuinely accommodating. The offsite parking was inconvenient, and the noise level in the lobby during late night hours was disruptive. The bed was uncomfortably hard, detracting from a restful night's sleep.
