Fairly clean hotel, amiable staff, favourable and marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Location short walk to the bus station. For shots visit Panteon Taurino, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

I faced issues with the lack of air conditioning in the room. The shower took an eternity to heat up, and during the day, the water was merely lukewarm, unacceptable for a hotel stay. The absence of a shower head upon arrival was a major inconvenience.

I had a great two-night stay. The King Double Room was clean and quiet. The location is ideal for hitting the local leather goods market. The staff was super attentive, especially the valet and receptionist. They provided two complimentary bottles of water daily 😊
